DIRTY DAWG IS NOW A 6 HOUR ENDURO RACE AT MOUNTAIN LAKE
That's right. We have gathered the council and made the decision to make this race even more demanding. This years Dirty Dawg will be a 6 hour race. Riders will try to complete as many laps as possible before the bell tolls six.

Other great news is that the Dirty Dawg will be a stop on the VA Off Road Series. Click on their logo for more details. It is nice to finally see a big series here in the state.

For those of you who have yet to experience the trails at Mountain Lake you are in for a good surprise. Nearly all the trails are above 4000' with waist-high ferns and old growth Hemlocks towering above. The summer time temperature is nearly 10 degrees cooler than Blacksburg and the nights remain cool. It is truly a summer time hide out.

There will be two categories; solo or duo. As always, the start/finish area will be fully stocked with food and water. We will have more info, pics and maps soon.
