c. The organization or club is public in it’s membership and trailwork schedule and allows any volunteer to participate.

2. Trailwork that is qualified to be counted towards VORS points is defined as:
a. Trailwork performed through an organization or club. Performed between February 15th and October 10th of the same year points are assigned
b. Trailwork that is scheduled and announced through public means (i.e. website posting or email distribution list) at least 2 days in advance of trailwork.
c. Hours to be performed for manual, volunteer labor on singletrack trails accessible to mountain bikes in Virginia and documented with a sign-in sheet by the organization.

3. Hours are to be reported to Virginia Off Road Series by athlete:
a. Filling in online ‘Athlete Trail Worksheet’ on the Virginia Off Road Series website under ‘PayDirt’ immediately after work is completed, final deadline is Oct 10th.

4. Contesting VORS Points for Paydirt hours:

b. If VORS incorrectly awards points for trailwork reported to us, please notify us.
