The Ride the Ridge Race is working to raise awareness and donations for the World Bicycle Relief. The WBR is an organization dedicated to providing access to independence and livelihood through the power of bicycles. The World Bicycle Relief has three projects (spanning several countries) that are focused on supporting disaster relief and healthcare mobilization.

!! Simple, sustainable transportation is an essential element in disaster assistance and poverty relief. Bicycles fulfill basic needs by providing access to healthcare, education and economic development. Bicycles empower individuals, their families, and their communities.

World Bicycle Relief is to provide access to independence and livelihood through The Power of Bicycles.
